We stayed at the brand new Wood Hotel on opening night. We live locally, but wanted to experience this beautiful hotel that we had walked past many times on our hikes in the surrounding mountains. The views are breathtaking, the food at the Attme Restaurant was absolutely magnificent, and everything about our stay was top-notch. We would highly recommend making the Wood Hotel one of your must-experience stops to Northern Norway!

Opening day! First impression. Looking good. Style very good. Good atmosphere in diningroom. Food is very sexy for the eye. Great taste. Room: good size of bed, Nice view to the city, and nature Good Quality of soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower. Bathrobe is lovely soft to wear after shower. Minibar: Prizelist for drinks and snacks you find in smarttv. Minibar is most expensive always, but i think, why does it have to be expensive?? You drink it if you are desperate, you do not need luxury wine. You can have normal Quality on the wine, for an acceptable prize. Guestprize (€20), for example…. The Hotel will earn more money then. I think that in a month or two, things going smoother, and you will have a great stay…. But the view from the restaurant, and the pool at the roof, is outstanding!!!! Flott hotell som anbefales på det sterkeste, hyggelig betjening som gir veldig god service. Nydelig middag og et frokostbord for den kresne. Ubeskrivelig utsikt i alle himmelretninger. Vi kommer tilbake til det fineste hotellet i Bodø by.

For et Fantastisk sted! Flottere beliggenhet skal du lete lenge etter. Marka ligger rett utenfor resepsjonen. Det tar deg 45 min å gå til toppen av byfjellet Keiservarden. Ellers enormt mange fine turområder i nærheten, enten du like skog, fjell eller hav. Bodø sentrum ligger en kort taxitur unna. Kafé i tilknytning til resepsjonen. Hotellet har en velværeavdeling på taket med utendørs oppvarmet basseng, stor solterrasse med bar, badstue, avslappningsrom og treningsrom. Alle fasiliteter med en ubeskrivelig flott utsikt. Restauranten i 7. etasje har utsøkt lokal mat. Du kan også sette deg i baren i tilknytning til restauranten og bare nyte noe godt i glasset. Egen utsiktsbro, eller «selfie-bro» fra baren i sydlig retning. Her ser du hele Bodø og alle fjellene rundt. Lofoten ser du også i horisonten. Perfekt for det nye profilbildet på Instagram eller Facebook. Eller kanskje det nye familiebildet!? Wood Hotell Bodø er det perfekte stedet for å fange midnattssola på kamera. Rommene er store og fine. Gode senger, som er plassert slik at du har utsikt mot Børvasstindan eller Landegode gjennom store panorama-vinduer. Full minibar. Vi opplevde god service på alle plan, fra resepsjonen, velværeavdeling og restaurant/bar. Vi gleder oss til å følge hotellets utvikling og kommer snart tilbake.
